Unhype AI provides a platform for creating and managing AI agents without coding. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes

4. Payment Terms

Fees are charged per agent on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data and agents. We retain all rights to the Unhype platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unhype AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our service to:

• Create agents that violate laws or regulations
• Generate spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent activities

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
